First published by the Vine City Foundation in 1965, “The World’s smallest Newspaper with the big news” featured the local news, stories about African American history, and editorials about racism, gender, and poverty. Only three archives have complete collections of the Vine City Voice; these are the Wisconsin Historical Society, the University of Virginia, and Emory University.
